Building on the Serenade! Washington, DC Choral Festival that takes place at the end of June each summer, Classical Movements is proud to announce that special, unique and leading choirs from abroad will be brought to Washington, DC during the normal concert season as part of the Serenade! performed two concerts in the DC area.

One of Cuba's leading choirs, Schola Cantorum Coralina, came to the United States on a 17-day concert tour that was planned by Classical Movements. While the Washington, DC concerts were presented as part of the new Serenade! International Choral Series, other stops on the tour included Philadelphia's Temple University, New Haven's Yale Glee Club of Yale University, New Hampshire's St. Paul's School, Trinity Church of Boston, Grinnell College of Iowa, University of Chicago, and Minnesota's VocalEssence.

"Every element of the evening was executed flawlessly, making for one of the most exciting concert experiences of the year."
